Customer Policies & Procedures

Please carefully read the following policies and procedures. By registering for Klamath Farmer’s Online Marketplace, LLC (www.KFOM.org) site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Tuesday, 11:59PM: All customer orders due. Customers receive email with order summary. Orders made after the order cycle ends will be making orders for the following week (e.g. an order made Wednesday morning will NOT be ready for pickup the next day, but rather the following Thursday)
Thursday, 5-7PM: Pickup orders at Herald & News building (2701 Foothills Blvd). Follow signs to disabled parking and enter through side entrance.
Customers may begin ordering as early as Wednesday for the following week, although listings may not be fully updated until noon on Monday.
All orders are due by Tuesday at 11:59PM.
Customers will receive a confirmation email after the order cycle ends (Tuesday, 11:59PM).
Pickup is located at the Herald & News building at 2701 Foothills Blvd. Please use side entrance.
Pickup is every Thursday from 5-7pm.
Alternative pickup times will not be arranged through KFOM. Please contact vendor directly for special orders and circumstances.
If the Customer fails to pick up their order, it cannot be stored for later pickup.
All orders should be packaged and clearly labeled with the Customer name. If you have ordered from multiple producers, you will have multiple packages to pick up.
If a food producer fails to fulfill an order and does not contact you ahead of time to cancel, please notify KFOM by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
KFOM currently accepts the following forms of payment:
Cash & check: Paid at time of pickup. Checks made to Klamath Farmer’s Online Marketplace or KFOM
EBT/SNAP: Paid at time of pickup. If there is a remaining balance after SNAP benefits have been used, you are responsible to make the rest of the payment direct to the producer.
Failure to pay will result in the suspension of your KFOM account until paid in full.
Returned checks will result in an additional $25 service fee.
If the Customer fails to pick up their order, they are still responsible to make payment to KFOM. If the Customer fails to pay, their account may be suspended until paid in full.
Customers who fail to pick up will be contacted before Thursday pickup closes. If product is not picked up by closing (7:00pm), then products will be donated. Customer is still obligated to pay for product.
If the Customer fails to pay or pickup multiple times, KFOM reserves the right to revoke membership.
The Customer shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend KFOM and its members, affiliates, employees, agents, successors and assigns, from and against, and reimburse KFOM with respect to any claim, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including interest and attorney's fees incurred by KFOM by reasons arising out of or in connection with any misuse or mishandling of the product.
